These terms govern the use of the website www.perpana.com (the “Site”), operated by Perpana. By using the Site you accept these terms.

The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It presents data on perpetual contract pairs and maximum leverage on decentralized exchanges (DEXs), sourced from publicly available information. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a legal or tax opinion, or an offer to enter into any transaction. You make investment decisions entirely at your own risk.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the data shown on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or correctness. Data is refreshed periodically, and platforms may change their parameters (including leverage and pair availability) at any time. Before acting on anything, we recommend verifying the information directly with the relevant platform operator.

When using the Site you agree to:

• use the Site lawfully and in line with these terms,
• not take actions that may disrupt the Site (including overloading it or bulk-automated scraping without a legitimate need),

The design, software and content of the Site (except public platform data and asset symbols) are protected by copyright. Any copying or distribution of Site content requires the controller's consent, subject to personal non-commercial use.

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. The controller is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on the information it contains, including financial losses related to investment decisions.

The Site contains links to external websites (including DEX platforms). The controller is not responsible for the content or operation of those websites.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated version is published on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in the controller's jurisdiction.
